About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to develop your career as a customer success manager during an exciting period of hyper-growth at Time Doctor. We want to hire someone who has several years of experience to provide a seamless and personal onboarding and value growing experience for customers using Time Doctor. This is a full-time job, which will require you to be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST). You’ll report directly to our head of customer success. To join our client success team, you need to be customer centric, energetic, and a highly-motivated individual.

Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with large clients;
  • Leading clients through onboarding;
  • Setting up regular calls with clients in your business book to find out if they’re meeting their goals while using the product;
  • Suggesting improvements and sharing product knowledge to increase value;
  • Preparing and presenting executive business reviews;
  • Mediating churn by detecting warning signs and proactively reaching out to prevent them;
  • Looking for growth opportunities within your business book; and
  • Having face-to-face meetings with larger clients in your area.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 3 years of CSM experience in a SaaS company
  • The ability to build relationships with clients virtually
  • The ability to identify value growth opportunities
  • Great organizational skills and a talent for sharing information regarding clients with the appropriate teams who could benefit from those clients
  • Being autonomous, proactive, and a self-starter
  • Experience working with C-suite executives
  • Experience upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience using Jira, Slack, and video email platforms
  • Experience working remotely is a plus

This is a full-time role for a customer success manager. It’s a completely virtual/telecommute position that will allow you to work from home.
