As the VP of Marketing at Time Doctor, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate across departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern marketing practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Marketing Planning
    • Work closely with the CRO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with monthly, quarterly and annual business goals.
    • Lead the development of marketing plans for various products and services to help Time Doctor scale into the upper mid market and enterprise segments in the workforce management and HR Tech categories.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
    • Be a true "leader of leaders," managing director and manager-level team members.
    • Bringing your experience to work by providing actionable insights to the leadership team that will grow revenues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
    • Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to implement effective customer retention campaigns.
  • Campaign Analytics and Optimization
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position, at a Director/VP level
  • 4+ years of experience in the B2b SaaS or tech industry, especially in workforce management or HR Tech.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the up market customer segments
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and leveraging partner networks.
  • Direct experience in demand generation, email marketing and aligning content strategies around product launch and release schedules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and scaling marketing teams in a remote environment around the globe.
  • MUST have analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • MUST have deep understanding of Hubspot enterprise hubs, as well as necessary tools to run ABM Campaigns and data enrichment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
