About the Role

Time Doctor, the world’s leading productivity solution for remote teams, is seeking a talented Account Manager to support the growth of Time Doctor’s client accounts. The Account Manager will oversee the client’s account once our Account Executive team has closed new business. In this role, you will handle account renewals and upsells, and help clients strategize getting the most from the Time Doctor platform. A successful hire in this position will be a founding member of this new team, and will shape our best practices and strategies for future Account Managers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate new business using existing customer networks.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales and channel teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Help achieve the client’s goals and represent their company in non-support customer interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or another relevant role.
  • 2+ years experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, especially for a mid-market and enterprise audience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Deep expertise with industry-leading CRM and sales software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot and others.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • You have validated negotiation skills, a self-starter, a strong closer and excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
