About the Role

Time Doctor is a work insights software company that tracks and analyzes how time is spent to provide insights and direction on how companies can improve performance and be better. Better by the hour, better by the minute – better by the second.

We’re looking to add a talented Team Lead of Business Technology to help us accelerate the future of remote work. You will lead our efforts to manage a worldwide team of professionals with their workstations, accounts and ensuring proper security procedures are followed. With people in 40 countries you will navigate the intricacies of international logistics and ensure support is delivered efficiently, timely and complete.

Work hours will be from 11 AM - 8 PM GMT.

Your Responsibilities

  • On-board, maintain and off-board team members individual workstations. This could mean purchasing new equipment or ensuring their current computer has Time Doctor security applications installed and properly configured.
  • Create and maintain accounts on all Time Doctor internal tools
  • Work with Information Security to ensure users are following current guidelines.
  • Audit all software subscriptions and services
  • Ensure security solutions are optimized
  • Well versed with: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira and PC/Mac Hardware
  • Familiar with: ESET, Asana, Basecamp, Zoom, Hubspot and Pineapple.
  • Mentor junior members of the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 years of experience managing distributed workforce devices
  • Experience interfacing with executives and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and program management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience developing and deploying new technologies
  • Managing and architecting Google Workspace for a distributed organization
  • Ability to create detailed documentation including procedures and checklists
  • Deploying and managing MDM solutions
  • Deploying and managing SSO solutions
  • Deploying and managing helpdesk solutions
  • Understanding how to secure devices for a 100% remote global workforce
  • Experience working remotely

This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
