In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in optimizing our paid digital presence, ensuring a seamless user experience, and driving conversions to meet our ambitious business goals. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, product, design, sales, growth, and engineering, to craft and implement a comprehensive paid marketing strategy. You'll blend paid media and organic social channels to create a cohesive marketing plan that drives user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. At Time Doctor, we believe that data storytelling is at the heart of operations. You will play a crucial role in interpreting campaign results, evaluating brand and performance metrics, optimizing channel efficiency, and measuring key indicators like CAC, ROI, and ROAS. Your expertise will guide our decision-making processes across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Programs Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive paid marketing strategy spanning Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and Gartner to drive demand, generate quality enterprise leads, boost brand engagement, and enhance user retention to achieve revenue targets.
  • Playing a central role in customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency.
  • Influenced and supervised the implementation of a new organic social media strategy tailored to our target audience across ICP personas.
  • Driving incremental ROI gains and overseeing paid media invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ensuring our Paid Media partner agencies meet agreed-upon targets.
  • Championing a culture of experimentation, where continuous testing of new ideas and exploration of new channels occur without compromising key performance indicators.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to continually measure and enhance campaign performance and assess the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and growth, to guarantee a seamless user journey to conversion.
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in both sales-led and product-led organizations.
  • A demonstrable track record of successful Paid Media and Organic Social campaigns.
  • Proficiency in measurement, performance, and optimization tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ad tracking, attribution, and bid management across platforms like Google, Meta, Criteo, and RTB House.
  • Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Strong budget management skills in a marketing context.
  • An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and gain buy-in.
  • Team player mentality, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working remotely across different time zones, using asynchronous communication tools and methods such as Loom and Slack.
